First time homebuyer programs are a great way to get into more home than you would normally be able to afford.  Below are  first time homebuyer program guidelines by county.  Grants allow you to buy a home with a low out of pocket costs, and many programs allow more debt than "conventional" loans.

To prequalify simply Click Here to be directed to a secure online application. Once complete a loan officer will contact you review your credit report and prequalification for a loan.

To register for a class, please call Housing and Education Alliance at (813) 261-5151 to schedule the FTHB 8 hour education course, or simply send us your information and an agent will be assigned to you to walk you through the process.
